The Madras High Court vide order dated 11-10-2023 in Company Application No. 533 of 2023 directed the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement for calling for claims in one issue of All India Edition of English Newspaper “The Hindu” daily and in one issue of respective state vernacular language newspapers for calling upon all creditors/investors/unregistered customers to file their claims before the Official Liquidator, Chennai on or before 02/01/2024. However, those who missed this deadline, can still approach the High Court to condone the delay in filing the claims.

The delay in filing the Form - 66 the investors / creditors will have to be condoned by Hon’ble High Court at Madras. The Investor/Customer will have to file a Company Application for condoning the delay in Hon’ble High Court of Madras.
The original receipts, Maintenances Agreement & Statement of Account will have to be submitted to the Official Liquidator office only after the Official Liquidator calls for the same after verification of Form 66.
